A Wit is always nice. Fresh, light, sweet, citrusy… nice. But it’s ok for a while. So to make it even more special, we left this white wine in 2 barrels that had contained Garanoir. 18 months later, some brett joined the party to add to the woody notes a very dry and wild character!
