La Mont-Soleil

This blond beer of low fermentation, floral and herbaceous releases aromas which recall the scents of the sunny meadows of the top of the Jura massif from which it takes its name. Its golden and crystalline color is the result of several weeks of maturation at low temperature. Delicate and light, it will perfectly conclude an escapade in the magnificent region where it comes from.
