Our Fructus, in German “Frucht” is a tangy, fresh and tart Mirabelle Wheat Ale. As with Rubus, the fruit is added to the fermentation tank after the brewing process has been completed – so the fructose is fermented at the same time. The mirabelles can be recognized by the light orange foam when poured into the glass.
